COVID-19 UPDATE

Domestic & International parcels are currently experiencing delays. Australia currently has delays of approx 3 days. International packages are delayed by approx 2 weeks due to the shortage of passenger planes, please note this could change without any notice.

CREATION
Please allow approx 7 to 10 days for your order to be made, and dispatched to the local post office. 
 
SHIPPING
Upon postage we will select the box stating 'parcel to be left without a signature if you are not home'. Should you prefer the package is delivered with a signature please leave us a note in the comments section upon checkout.
Standard Postage - FREE (when you spend over $75)
Express Post - $15.00
We ship all of our orders via Australia Post as a tracked parcel.  All orders shipped from Bunbury, Western Australia.
 

RETURNS

Here at Tex & Freida we want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied, however, as many of our products are made to order this means we can only offer a refund or exchange should the product be faulty or damaged.

Faulty or damaged items must be reported to us within the first 7 days of receiving your order, after this any damage is considered wear & tear.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Should you change your mind about an order please contact us at sue@texandfreida.com  Unfortunately if you order is in the process of being made then cancellation will not be possible.
